  • Once the waterproofing work has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible, as materials and labor are already committed.

  • If you cancel your service 24 hours before the scheduled date and advance payment was made, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If we are unable to deliver the service due to our own limitations or scheduling issues, we will issue a 100% refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Partial or completed services.

    • Unsatisfactory results due to improper maintenance or failure to follow post-application guidelines.

    • Surface conditions that were not disclosed or visible during inspection.
