π Cancellations
β Before Service Begins:
You may cancel a service request at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment without any penalty.

β After Work Has Started:
Once the waterproofing work has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible, as materials and labor are already committed.
πΈ Refunds
β Eligible Refunds:
If you cancel your service 24 hours before the scheduled date and advance payment was made, you are eligible for a full refund.
If we are unable to deliver the service due to our own limitations or scheduling issues, we will issue a 100% refund.
β Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Refunds will not be issued for:
Partial or completed services.
Unsatisfactory results due to improper maintenance or failure to follow post-application guidelines.
Surface conditions that were not disclosed or visible during inspection.
